Welcome to an exclusive and newly built residence in the sought-after Twintip area in Åre – where modern mountain vibes meet comfort and unbeatable location. Here, you live within walking distance of ski slopes and lifts, while Åre Square, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and the village’s vibrant atmosphere are just around the corner. A perfect accommodation for families and friends who want to experience the best of Åre together.

About the apartment:
The 83 square meter apartment offers three tastefully decorated bedrooms, two stylish bathrooms and a private sauna – perfect after a day in the mountains. The open plan layout between the kitchen and living room creates a social and inviting atmosphere with plenty of space for long dinners and cozy evenings. From the living room you step directly onto the balcony where you can enjoy Åre’s magical “fifth season” and sunny days with a fantastic mountain feeling.
Bedroom one has a double bed measuring 160 cm (not divisible). Bedroom two has two bunk beds, and bedroom three has a double bed measuring 180 cm (not divisible). There is also a work area if you should happen to need to use your computer. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, its own washing machine, and a lovely sauna. For extra convenience, there is a lockable ski storage room.,

Charging for electric cars can be purchased separately

You will receive check-in information a few days before your arrival.

Cleaning & Sheets
Guests can choose to clean themselves or purchase cleaning services. If you choose to clean yourself, all cleaning supplies are available in the apartment. If the cleaning is not completed, we will contact you and you will have to pay for a final cleaning.
Would you like to add cleaning services, or other luxuries like made-up beds, a filled fridge, and dinner upon arrival? Just let us know. We’ll take care of most things.
If you don't want to bring your own sheets and towels, it's of course fine to rent them too, just send a message.

Rules for accommodation:
The minimum age for everyone to rent is 18 years old. Children are of course welcome in the company of adults.
Legitimation may be required upon check-in.

Christmas, New Year, the sports holiday weeks and the Easter holidays are only rented for whole weeks. Other periods have a minimum of 3 nights. If you would like other specific dates, please send us an email and we can certainly help with that.

Other:
Blankets and pillows are provided in each bed. A dish towel, dish brush, dish soap, kitchen towel, soap, and a toilet roll will be provided upon arrival.
