Welcome to the classic Åregårdarna 426 – a unique opportunity to live in the middle of Åre village, just 50 meters from the square.
Here you have everything within reach: first-class skiing, cozy cafes, lively restaurants and shops around the corner. The apartment is also only about 150 meters from Åre station, it couldn't be easier for those of you who like to travel by train. An accommodation that combines the pulse of the village with comfort and convenience!

About the Apartment:
Upstairs you will find this 52 sqm apartment with two bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and living room. Bedroom one has a bunk bed where the bottom is 120 cm and the top is 90 cm. Bedroom two has a double bed of 160 cm, not divisible.
The balcony is south-facing. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, its own washing machine and also a lovely sauna. For extra convenience there is a lockable ski storage room, the key can be easily found in the apartment.

Parking:
Parking can be added for SEK 95 per night. You can book it under Extras or simply send us an email.

Check-in and check-out:
You will receive check-in information a few days before arrival. Check-in and check-out are via code lock, which makes it very easy for you.
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out at 10:00 AM

Cleaning & Sheets
As a guest, you can choose to clean yourself or hire cleaning services. If you choose to clean the apartment yourself, all cleaning materials are provided. If the cleaning is not complete, we will contact you and you will be reimbursed for a final cleaning.
If you would like to add cleaning, you can do so under Extras when making your booking.
If you prefer not to bring your own bed linen and towels, you are of course welcome to rent them – simply select the option under Extras during the booking process.

Accommodation rules:
Minimum age for everyone to rent is 18. Children are of course welcome in the company of adults.
Identification may need to be shown at check-in.

Christmas, New Year, sports holiday weeks and Easter weeks are only rented for full weeks. Other periods have a minimum of 3 nights. If you would like other specific dates, send us an email and we can certainly help with that.

Other:
Pillows and duvets are provided on each bed. Dishcloth, dish brush, dish detergent, tea towel, soap and a toilet roll will be provided upon arrival.
