About the Apartment:
In this 146 sqm apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen and living room. 

Bedrooms one and two have double beds. bedroom three has bunk beds 

You will find balconies with views of both Lake Åresjön and Åreskutan.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, its own washing machine and dryer and of course a lovely sauna.
For extra convenience, there is a lockable ski storage room.

Parking: Parking is included in a heated indoor garage.
Check-in and check-out: You will receive check-in information a few days before arrival.  
Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out at 10 am.00

Cleaning & Sheets As a guest, you can choose to clean yourself  or hire cleaning trow us.
If you choose to clean yourself, all cleaning supplies are provided in the apartment. If the cleaning is not complete, we will contact you and you will be reimbursed for a final cleaning. If you want to purchase additional cleaning, you can do so when you book the accommodation.
Bed linen and towels are included and will be placed on each bed. If you would like the beds to be made up, you can book this as an optional extra Rules for the accommodation:

Minimum age for everyone to rent is 18. Children are of course welcome in the company of adults. Identification may need to be shown at check-in.

Christmas, New Year, sports week and Easter week are only rented for full weeks. Other periods the minimum is 3 nights.
If you would like other specific dates, send us an email and we can certainly help with that.

Other: Pillows and duvets are provided on each bed. Dishcloth, dish brush, dish detergent, tea towel, soap and a toilet roll will be provided upon arrival.
